DESCRIPTION
OF PROGRAMS:
Teen Cadets: (For teenagers ages 13-17)
The Teen Cadets are similar to the
Little Cadets workout with one difference-it focuses
on the needs of the older child. Each teen combines
20 minutes of challenging aerobic exercise with 10 minutes
of resistance training. We channel them appropriately,
making this workout fun. We offer beginner and advanced
levels for your teen all monitored by trained
staff. Encourage your teens to get involved in sporting
activities at school and at home with their family.
