DESCRIPTION
OF PROGRAMS:
Kid Cadets: (for children ages
5-12)
The Kid Cadets teaches youngsters how
to channel their energy into fitness and greater flexibility-all
while having fun! Following “Healthy Harry”
in a simple routine that combines 15 minutes of gentle
aerobic, hip-hop and kickboxing exercises, 5 minutes
of floor routines and 10 minutes of hydraulic resistance
training on specialized machines just for kids! We offer
a beginner level and an advanced program for those ready
for an additional challenge. All children will be monitored
by our trained staff and guided throughout the time
they are in our care. The rest of the free time they
can spend it playing interactive games where they actually
need to work-out to score or to win the game. As your
child attends the daily work-outs, you will notice how
mentally, physically, emotionally they are changing
before your eyes. Encourage your children to get involved
in sporting activities at school and at home with their
family.
